How can I pay?
Cash only. Note-changing is available for €5, €10 and €20 notes.
Do I need detergent?
No. Detergent, softener, active oxygen and disinfectant are included.
Can I wash pet textiles?
No. There are no dedicated machines and hair could affect other customers.
Which items are not allowed?
Rugs in the machines, shoes, rubber, foam, plastic and objects that may soil or damage the equipment.
What if a machine fails?
Note the machine number and call the location. A verified fault attributable to the store will be refunded; overloading or misuse is excluded.
Which capacity should I choose?
Choose a machine where the clothes remain loose. If you must compress them to close the door, use a larger capacity.
How long should I dry the clothes?
We recommend 24 minutes or more, adjusted to the fabric and load. Check the clothes during the cycle and always follow care labels to prevent damage.
Can I open the dryer during the cycle?
Yes. Open the door to check the clothes. The programme continues from the remaining time after closing.
Can I add more drying time?
Yes, add payment before the programme ends. Once finished it cannot be extended: start a new programme and pay the initial amount again.
When is the last wash?
The last wash starts 30 minutes before closing. It is currently 21:30 in all four locations.
